The auto-booking feature provides automated monitoring and reservation based on user-authorized preferences. When you enable auto-booking, you authorize My State Scheduler to attempt appointment reservations on your behalf using the information and preferences you have provided.
You will always receive a notification when an appointment is secured. You may cancel or modify your auto-booking preferences at any time through the app.
My State Scheduler offers two optional, separate SMS programs in the United States. You can opt in to one, both, or neither. Opting in to one program does not opt you in to the other.

By checking "Text me with promotional messages" in the app and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive marketing SMS messages from My State Scheduler about offers, news, and product updates.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on factors outside our control.
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.
