No. My State Scheduler is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Texas Department of Public Safety or any government agency. All appointments are booked through the official DPS scheduling system.
When you start an Auto-Search, our system monitors Texas DPS availability 24/7 based on your preferences (location and radius, days, hours, minimum notice). When a slot opens whose appointment date falls inside your target window, it automatically books it — never sooner than your minimum-notice setting — then sends you an instant push notification.
Yes. Manual search and booking are completely free, with no card required. Auto-Search is a separate one-time fee (from $16) you pay to start a search — and it's refundable: 100% within 24 hours, 60% within 7 days.
We collect only what is necessary: your name, email, location preferences, availability windows, and account credentials (encrypted). We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
Yes. Any appointment Auto-Search books can be managed or cancelled — directly in the app, or through the official DPS website. You're notified instantly the moment it books, so you stay in full control of whether to keep it.
My State Scheduler monitors all Texas DPS driver-license offices statewide. You set your ZIP code and a search radius, and Auto-Search looks for openings at any office within that radius — you don't have to pick a specific office.
Auto-Search is a one-time fee per search — Standard $16, Priority $22, or Rush $30. No subscription. Manual search and booking are always free.
They set how fast we scan for openings. Standard monitors 24/7 at our base speed, Priority scans about 2× faster, and Rush runs at maximum speed for first-in-line booking.
Yes. You get a 100% refund within 24 hours of purchase and 60% within 7 days. After 7 days, the fee is non-refundable.
Every Auto-Search gives you 30 continuous days of searching that start the moment you pay. During those 30 days, the engine scans Texas DPS 24/7 and books the first available slot whose appointment date falls inside your target window — a date range you set that can be any size, sit anywhere in the future, and even extend beyond day 30. Your target window is free to edit anytime: if your preferred dates have passed, update the window to a new future range and the search resumes. Once 30 days from payment have elapsed, the Auto-Search expires. Example: you pay on June 29 (budget through July 29) and set a target window of July 9–14. If no slot is found by July 14 the search pauses; update the window to July 25–August 5 and searching resumes for the remaining budget days — no extra charge.
No. We don't control Texas DPS availability and can't guarantee a slot or a specific date. Auto-Search monitors continuously and books the first opening that matches your preferences — but only if and when one becomes available.
Yes. My State Scheduler is fully bilingual — every screen works in English and Spanish.
