My State Scheduler, by TECHBYFLOIG LLC, gives you full control over your account. Here is how to permanently delete your account and personal data, and exactly what happens when you do.
View Privacy Policy →You can permanently delete your My State Scheduler account and all of your data at any time, directly from the app:
Open the My State Scheduler app and sign in to your account.
Go to the Account tab.
Tap "Delete account."
Type your account email address to confirm.
Tap Delete.
Deletion is immediate and permanent.
There is no grace period and no way to recover your account or data once you confirm the deletion.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
If you have an active, paid Auto-Search running, it is cancelled and refunded according to our standard refund policy as part of deleting your account. See our Terms of Service for the refund policy.
A very small amount of information is retained after your account is deleted, with no personal data attached:
If you have uninstalled the app or can't sign in, you can still request deletion of your account and data. Email us at support@mystatescheduler.com from the email address on your account, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
